I'm Daniel Harrison, but most know me as Chuppa. With 8 years in the fitness industry, I’ve transformed not only my own health but also helped countless individuals regain control over their health and fitness. My approach goes beyond just aesthetic goals.

"You've honestly changed my life. I never imagined that in 8 weeks, I would be 12kgs down.

Not only is this about the weight, but I'm moving more everyday outside of the PT and classes, and my eating habits have changed dramatically. I feel like I am actually learning how to have a better relationship with food and I've never done that. I can't believe the difference in me.

“Everything is going really well, because of your program. It’s given me guidance and accountability! I attended all four sessions this week, went on a walk each day to make sure I hit my step count and even went and did some laps at the pool on Wednesday. 

 

I’ve been great this week and last with my food, and only ate one thing I wasn’t happy with due to no other options when I was at a cafe. It wasn’t actually that bad, just wasn’t a planned meal. 

 

I’m feeling a lot more confident because of our session and was able to implement the strategies into the classes, as well as use some of the strategies to help me with other lifts.“
